Formerly an executive leader in Solutions / Business Development for a large Business Process Outsourcer, Andrew has a history of working with several Fortune 500 companies across most industries in both a direct and consultative capacity.

Andrew joined the agency as Head of Operations with a focus on Customer Experience through transformation in People, Process, and Technology, seeking to continually enhance the experience we deliver by insuring our business process is exceeds the standard for most insurance agencies.

Early in his career, Andrew was a certified Heavy Equipment Operator and now works closely with the Colorado Springs Housing & Building Association as a member of multiple committees, working directly with builder’s and trade contractors.
